You acquire energy from food and hydration, but there is a fee. The cost of living. How you choose to expel your energy is up to you. Do you do good with it? Or do you seek to harm your fellow human being? Do you drain the energy of others to increase your energy? An energy vampire sucks the life out of you to increase their own energy. But they do not ask for permission to do so. It is life force theft. You can absorb the energy from Earth Mother Gaia and the Sun. This energy is free and it is a very powerful force. But it only works if you believe it will work. A plant can not live without soil, sunlight and water. It withers and dies. Most of us have evolved into people that wish to hide from this energy. Breathing away at stale air and avoiding sunlight. Get back to nature and get fresh air and sunlight as much as possible. It will raise your vibration. We surround ourselves in this country with toxic ingredients. From cigarettes to creams and lotions. Like sunscreen which believe or not will block you from absorbing the energy from the Sun and give you skin cancer way before the Sun will. 

       Even most of the water we quench our thirst with and bathe in is filled with a mixture of ingredients that slowly take away your life force, and block your brain from working how God intended. I’m not trying to be negative. I just want to open your eyes so you see the truth. Unveiling you from the blindness that our society causes. Your prize possession is your vessel, your body. Believe it or not, It’s NOT your car. It’s your choice. You can fill your body with healthy ingredients but you have to pay the price around here to show yourself love. Connect yourself to that healing Earth energy by walking on the ground barefoot. There is no price for this other than the time you are spending to connect yourself. If you think that this is preposterous, then it’s preposterous. You have to believe with all of your heart that it will work, and it will work.

       So I urge you to consider yourself like a plant. Attach yourself to the vine. Walk barefoot on the soil as much as possible and allow the sunlight to hit your skin. Breath in fresh natural air. And drink clean water. You will flourish because of it. You can relieve yourself of sickness, even reverse the aging process. We’re talking fountain of youth action here. No you can’t live forever. No matter how healthy you choose to be. But you can create a high quality existence while you are here. You can do good with your time. Your flash of light can be used to benefit and inspire. Or you can choose to be an energy vampire. Do you walk around with a permanent frown on your face? Smiling is good for your soul and it is contagious. It’s your choice. 

       Your mission, should you choose to accept it, Is to affect yourself and your surroundings positively. Be outgoing and say good morning when you walk past your fellow Earthling. It’s your choice. You can shake your head and mumble hatred when you pass by your neighbor. We live free, So you can decide which way you want to be. Hatred is NOT forced upon you. It is your choice. So choose wisely. If you were a cowboy, would your hat be white or black? Would your horse be named Silver? Or would you call it The Executioner. The battle between good and evil continues. You are on the front lines. Unfortunately we become our own worst enemy. We seek to destroy ourselves and make our life difficult. It doesn’t have to be like that. You can choose to be your own best friend, and show yourself love. Life is over in a flash, Will you be remembered for doing good? Or will it be the other end of the spectrum? Somebody like Adolf Hitler, who is remembered for being an evil man.

       So spend your flash wisely. Consider yourself a superhero and wear an S on your chest. There is no such thing as perfection. It’s a wave of pleasure and pain. Just know that there is no pleasure without the pain. Up and down we go. Where you stop, nobody knows. While you are on this ride. Try not to poison yourself and those around you. Choose wisely, because before you know it. The ride is over. Stay strapped in cause it is a rough bumpy ride, and you get thrown around. It can’t always be smooth sailing.

       Just know that you are here for a reason. It is up to you to figure out what that reason is. So If you don’t like your life, change it. Decide what your goals are and reach them. The only thing getting in your way is yourself. Just make a little progress every day and it will add up in a major way. So rise like the Sun. It’s baby steps to greatness. It takes hard work and dedication. There is no magic button to press and make it happen. You can’t have it delivered to your front doorstep overnight. Be patient with yourself. Show resilience and bounce back after life throws you that curve ball. You got this, I promise.
