Every day and in every way I get better and better. Say it to yourself every day over and over.. With positive self reiteration you can improve your soul. This is the way you can exercise your brain and thought process.. How you think is your reality. Just like building muscle, you can train your brain.. Change the way you think. Your view on life, your outlook, can be molded. This is a way your true self can be shaped. Your soul is your being. Yes your body is your temple, but it is a temporary vessel. Your soul is your existence. It can last till the end of time, if you pass the test. Life is the ultimate video game. So play on expert mode and one day you will beat the game and see the credits. Your thoughts and vision are your true existence. You create your own reality. If you think you will have a bad day, a bad day you will have. Tell yourself you will have a good day, and your day WILL be good. Positive self reinforcement. Stay positive by repeating to yourself, no stress, no worries, no anger, no hatred, no anxiety, no depression, no resentment, no insecurity, no fear, no retaliation or negativity of any kind. Exit the negative and focus on the good. If you tell yourself you can’t do something you won’t do it. So tell yourself you can and you will. Go over, under, around or through, but never give up. Positive thinking is a powerful way to create your own outcomes in life. Tell yourself you will accomplish your goals and you will be limitless. You create your own perception of what is real. So perceive positivity and make your dreams reality.. We live in a magical world where miracles are possible. Create your own miracles. You can make it happen. It comes from within. You have the power to manifest your destiny. You are so much more powerful than you think. We only use a small percentage of our brain, but with the proper mindset you can tap into using more. 

  Trust in yourself. Love yourself enough to know that you can make the change. Do NOT allow yourself to be limited by negative beliefs. Keep your head up during the down slopes of the roller-coaster of life. Up and down we go. The highs are high and the lows are low. Just know it is all part of the motion. There is no high without the low. The lows are necessary to progress. This is just how it is supposed to be. Just know that in the midst of your troubles you can shine. You polish yourself and make yourself glow. Improving the quality of your life. Choose your battles wisely. You win some, you lose some. But you live to fight another day.

   People seem to take care of their car better than they take care of their body and mind. This is a mistake. Life is the most precious commodity. There should be more of a desire to take care of your vessel and soul, than to take care of your earthly possessions. Wax yourself till you shine bright and you will be rewarded. There is no better feeling in this world than setting out to do something difficult and accomplishing it.. 

  Self analyze and determine where you need improvement. Then figure out the ways to make it happen. It’s like solving a puzzle, the puzzle of life.. The rubix cube is nothing compared to this. Improve yourself till you are the best version of yourself. Never stop improving and striving for excellence. “To err is human ” Perfection is impossible.
